Q:  Will your company buy my house or list it on MLS?

Q:  How is our company able to determine prices for the offers we make?
A:  We are a completely transparent company, and our process happens to be quite straightforward. We will evaluate a property’s location, determine what repairs will be necessary, assess its existing condition, and compare the value of it to other homes that were recently sold in your area. Property values have been hit drastically over the past five years or so, and prices have yet to go back up for many areas. We factor in several aspects when determining what the fair price we offer you is. The number we present you with will be fair for you and us both.

Q:  What commissions or fees will I need to pay?
A: That’s what truly separates our services from conventional methods of home selling – there aren’t any commissions or fees involved with selling your home to us. A reasonable offer will be made to you, and if you’re happy with it, we will purchase your home (and might even cover closing costs as well)! You don’t have to concern yourself with hidden fees or hassles. The money we make is earned after we repair the property and either sell it or rent it out. The end result – money in your pocket.

Q:  What separates our company from realtors?
A: Realtors list properties in the hopes that an interested party will purchase one of them. An agent shows those properties to potential buyers, and when the place sells, the agent will receive a commission of whatever the property sold for. In the current market, it takes between 3 and 8 months for a property to sell. For the most part, a realtor’s commission will be between 3% and 6% of whatever your house sells for. For example, if your house sells for $100,000, you can expect to pay an amount between $3,000 and $6,000 to a realtor. Realtors provide an outstanding service for patient people (assuming you can wait between 6 months for your house to sell). For those people, forfeiting a portion of the sale price is justified.
